Description
Barcelona is a wonderful cosmopolitan city with a population
of three million and a half of inhabitants, mild winters
and warm summers, that make it one of the most popular
cities of Europe. One never can be bored: there is plenty
international art, architecture, monuments, parks, restaurants
and beaches that everybody always finds something interesting
to do. The school is located in downtown Barcelona, five
minutes on foot from Catalunya Square, in a classic building
of beautiful Catalan architecture..
Lodging
Three types of lodgings are offered: family houses, student
residences and shared apartments.
Academics
C ourses are specially designed to guarantee the foreigners
an express, effective and pleasant good knowledge of the
language. All Mondays begin new courses during the whole
year. The classes last 55 minutes from Monday to Friday,
generally between 10 and 11,50 and between 12,10 and 14.
For all levels there are also culture classes. Every week
some aspect of the Spanish culture is studied.
Activities
During the week activities and cultural interesting excursions
are organized by the afternoon, such as visits to museums,
churches or the typical districts of Barcelona. They are
generally free and foot distance from the school. The
excursions are guided by a team of young professionals
with studies in History and Art, sharing their knowledge
and experience with the students.
