Description
Madrid is great and dynamic and, at the same time, an
intimate and familiar city.
The school is located in Chamberí, a superb area
where the embassies, companies and banks join the small
store and the traditional houses, the luxurious restaurants
and the dearest tascas. The nightlife is great. The school
is quite near Colón, la Castellana and the Alonso
Martinez-Square, in a traditional district that was renewed
and constitutes an important part of the city.
Lodging
The lodging possibilities are: a single room in a Spanish
family house, tourist apartments, hotels and hostels.
Academics
The courses include classes with a maximum of 6 students
(3 most of the time) or individual lessons. They can be
extensive (2 lessons per week), semi intensive (10 lessons
per week), intensive (20 lessons per week), or super intensive
(30 lessons per week). The lessons last 45 minutes. Other
course offers the preparation to the official examination
of the Cervantes Institute, culture and language classes
, Spanish for business, and professors training.
Activities
The school offers activities with a triple objective:
to practice Spanish outside the classroom, the approach
and knowledge of the cultural life, and entertainment.
Visits to museums, excursions, exhibitions, cinema evenings
in the school, celebrations, culture and linguistic classes,
and also exchanges with Spaniards are organized.
