Description
Valencia is the third city of Spain. Located in the edge
of the Mediterranean, it has a privileged weather of 320
sunny days per year. The countless parks and palm trees
make of Valencia a very green city. The school is in Valencia’s
downtown, in an avenue that communicates the historical
center with the beach, in a residential district, between
the campus of two universities.
Lodging
The lodging’s options are: an apartment to share
with other schoolmates, university residences, Spanish
family houses or with university Spanish students.
Academics
The intensive courses are distributed in six levels, with
between 3 and 8 students per class. The complementary
courses can be combined with the intensive one. They look
for the improvement of the language in a specific area.
In the superintensive classes the acquired knowledge are
deepened. There are courses of Spanish for business, conversation,
preparatory for the DELE and oriented to the tourism.
Activities
Trips on weekends to Alicante, the Roman theater of Sagunto
or the Palmeral of Elche are organized. The Valencian
paella have to be tasted in a typical “tasca”.
Students can practice bungee jumping, rafting, and canoeing.
Strolls by beaches are made, between the olive groves
and orange trees of the zone, cavalcades, and trekking.
The school organizes tennis, volley, basket and soccer
matches.
